Our fee varies according to the type of mandate.
As a rule, we work on the basis of individually agreed hourly rates. But despite this, we also make many exceptions, in order to be able to accommodate the financial possibilities of our clients.
Thus, in suitable cases we also work on the basis of a limited fee (cap) or on the basis of a lump-sum fee or charge out our services according to the decree of the Ministry concerning attorney fees, or agree on the conclusion of a mandate agreement, as the case may be.
