The Czech Republic has received substantial investments in the form of greenfield and brownfield projects. Our lawyers are experienced in providing comprehensive legal services to investors in greenfield and brownfield projects located in private and public industrial zones. We also represent builders and developers in a variety of land use and zoning matters. We will provide you with legal advice on brownfield investments (the redevelopment and restructuring of industrial real estate) and also focus on reviewing ownership relations, the legal aspects of redevelopment and restructuring and related environmental issues. We see the close connection with our real estate and construction practice, but strongly believe that both greenfield and brownfield projects deserve our particular attention due to their usually relatively complex structure.
