Andreas is a German Rechtsanwalt and Czech lawyer. He founded the firm together with Jan Balada. Previously he was a partner and the head of the German team at CMS Cameron McKenna in Prague. He speaks German, English, Czech and Spanish.
Since Andreas had already started working exclusively in the Czech Republic in 1994, he naturally has come into contact with many investors who have founded, bought, merged, restructured and sold companies of all sorts and sizes. He has led numerous M&A transactions in various sectors, among others in steel, machinery, chemical, automotive, services, real estate, retail, and food industry, and is a highly qualified corporate lawyer with 17 years of experience in the Czech market.
Jorg is a European lawyer, registered in German, Austrian and Czech Bar Associations. Since September 2009 he has been working as a partner at the Ueltzhöffer Balada, advokátní kancelář. From 1999 to 2009 he was Partner and Office Managing Partner in DLA Piper (former Weiss-Tessbach) in Prague. He speaks German, Czech, English and French.
Since 1984 Jörg works mostly in the Czech Republic, and that is why he is together with Andreas Ueltzhöffer one of the most experienced international lawyers in the country. He is focused on Mergers&Acquisitions. He represents large international groups of companies as well as medium-size companies and their owners, even in critical situations and insolvency. He is an expert in advising to trading and production companies, among others in the glass and ceramics industry, oil and gas or IT industry.
