The decision to establish our own law firm was motivated mainly by the conviction that it is necessary to offer clients a comprehensive solution based on an understand-ing of their overall financial (economic) situation. Our many years of professional experience have shown that this aspect is often missing in legal consulting. The establishment of our own law firm proved to be the only appropriate means of being able to render our clients comprehensive legal consulting services. Of course, we are also able to offer our clients, upon their request, solely traditional legal consulting services. But our main objective in all cases is to co-operate on a long-term and inten-sive basis with our clients, who place their trust in our experience. The basis for all of these objectives is our good name and reputation among Prague law firms.
We currently employ over 20 lawyers. As such, we are also capable of working on more extensive projects. At the same time, however, we guarantee that any given project will not involve more lawyers than is absolutely necessary and – in view of our client‘s financial possibilities - meaningful.
Our key focus is on commercial law, with an emphasis on company law, real estate law, contract and labour law, as much as the law pertaining to investment incentives, public procurement contracts, as well as international trade and contract law and European law. We are also experienced in court practice and with representing our clients prior to ordinary, domestic and international arbitration courts. Another of our key areas during the last years have been antitrust law and compliance, whereas the importance of the compliance sector both in the Czech Republic and other neighbouring coutries in the CEE-region is increasing every year.
We work for Czech and international companies, regardless how big they are. Many of our clients originate from German-speaking countries.
